Yutaka Saito began his culinary training at the age of 15 in Chiba, Japan. Trained in traditional Japanese cuisine and Sushi. Saito Emigrated to the United States in 1990 eventually opening Saito’s Japanese Cafe and Bar in Seattle. Saito’s cuisine has received accolades from around the world.
